Alex oversees all sales and marketing activities companywide, and has served in this capacity for over 8 years.

His industry expertise is focused on new construction commercial office properties, and specifically in the development and construction of office condominiums.

He has led the successful sales efforts for multiple office parks in Colleyville, Frisco, McKinney, Lewisville, and Wylie.

Alex diligently assists each client from the first inquiry, to the closing.  His goals are met when keys to a brand new office are handed over to an extremely satisfied business owner.

Prior to his entrance into commercial real estate, Alex managed a multi-state sales group for an online marketing company, which experienced significant growth during his tenure.

The start of his professional career was as a sales and client manager for an industrial manufacturing corporation in Lewisville, TX.

He graduated from Southern Methodist University, and holds a Texas real estate broker license.

Alex is from Longview, TX, and has called Dallas home since 1999.

William A. Peavy III is President and Owner of Cloudloft Management, Inc. a commercial development corporation with specialization in the development of office condominiums in the DFW area.

Mr. Peavy is also currently Managing Member and Owner of Cloudloft Investments, LC, and President of Peavy Wilson Land & Mineral Corporation.

His career in real estate began as an employee of Brookhollow Corporation overseeing the development of office, industrial, and mixed-use projects.  From 1990 through 1994, Peavy was Vice President of Brokerage for Capital Realty Group Brokerage, Inc.  From 1995 through 2000, he served as Sr. Vice President of Development for Lazarus Property Corporation, involved with the development, re-development, and ownership in projects with total values in excess of $250 million.

Since 2000, Peavy has led the successful development of fourteen office condominium projects, and was the co-managing partner and sponsor of 1915 Hurd, a 325,000 square foot office project in Las Colinas.

Mr. Peavy is originally from Shreveport, and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree – Business Administration from Louisiana State University with a major in real estate.  After graduation, he attended the University of Texas while studying petroleum land management.

Tom joined Cloudloft Management, Inc. in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the day to day operations of the Company.

His career has been primarily focused in real estate development, principally in residential land development, but also in the development of office and medical buildings, as well as redevelopment of retail centers.

He obtained a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri and a Masters in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University.

Steve Longley is the Chief Financial Officer for Cloudloft Management, Inc., overseeing investor and lender relations, operational and procedural compliance, corporate and construction financing, and reporting.

Steve brings over 30 years of valuable commercial real estate experience to the organization.  During his time in the industry, he has held the positions of Senior Financial Analyst – Investment Sales, Transwestern Commercial Services; CMBS Acquisitions Manager, Presidio Investments; VP – Development Controller, Transwestern Commercial Services; and VP – Asset Management, Transwestern Investment Management.

Additionally, he has served as Chief Financial Officer of Highland Rim Energy, and Natural Gas Pipeline Manager of B&W Pipeline, during reconstruction of the natural gas pipeline.

Steve has a B.S. with a double major in Finance and Accounting, and a M.S. in International Business Management, from the University of Texas at Dallas. 

Dina has been an integral part of Cloudloft Management, Inc. for over 14 years.

She currently manages payroll, and accounts payable / accounts receivable. Dina also oversees all subcontractor account management for the company.

Her experience in the industry, and working knowledge of the company, are key factors in her ability to create and implement high level processes and procedures.

In a prior career, she managed multiple accounting offices throughout the North Texas region.

Dina graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences from Texas A&M University, Commerce.
